Very disappointed with this pool service. I made 4 attempts to contact the company with no response. Technician visits were often under five minutes. After service visits, skimmer baskets were still full and testing showed low salt and stabilizer despite reports saying everything was fine. Poor communication and questionable service quality. Would not recommend.

They were able to get us in schedule for the same week and did all the work in just 2 days. Then, they gave us a start up document with all required steps.
